My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate and built on a foundation of safety and trust. My work is dedicated to fostering an environment where, sometimes for the first time, my clients feel truly seen and heard. I guide you in gentle self-discovery and help you to gain more clarity on your past and your present so that we can develop strategies of building a future of your own personal design.
I am all about self-empowerment, so I do a lot of teaching of knowledge about our bodies, minds and nervous systems in my therapy. I truly believe that in understanding our selves and the bodies we live in, we can become our own strongest ally, instead of continuing to fight internal battles that drain energy, confuse us and create a lack of drive and connection within ourselves. When working with me, you will be exposed to visualisations, inner child work, breathing exercises, nervous system regulation strategies, emotional freedom technique (tapping), journaling, mind mapping and many more.
I enjoy learning and am constantly expanding my own skills and knowledge. Thus, I often incorporate non-traditional approaches in my therapy and combine these with more classical practices to find the ideal setting for each client and their challenges.
